Email goes to the people who run the shop, and a person writes back. If there's something about the bidet you want to know before you buy — how it holds up, how far a fill really goes, whether it'll do what you need on a trip — just ask.
If your order is already placed, go through Amazon first. They're the merchant of record, so they can act on delivery, returns and refunds directly, and your Amazon order page will sort it faster than we can.
